● A Boy Named Sue (2001) - shows the life and transition of Theo, a young adult, born intersex, raised female, involved in a lesbian relationship, who undergoes various stages of a sex reassignment surgery (including a mastectomy and hormone therapy) to become male
● The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (1994) - Two drag queens and a trans woman travel across the desert to perform their unique style of cabaret.

● The Rubi Girls (2003) - Documentary about a Dayton drag queen troupe that has raised over $80,000 for AIDS and gay related charities by doing their frequently sold-out drag shows.

● Soldier’s Girl (2003) - Fictionalized story of the partner of murdered soldier Barry Winchell
